Jim Jost is one proud grandfather, and he's not afraid to show it.

When his grandson, Colorado Avalanche rookie Tyson Jost, scored his first NHL goal on Thursday, Jim couldn't help but shed a few tears.

His joyous reaction was a hit with hockey fans.
