Week 6 high school football scoreboard: Eziomume has huge game

David Eziomume, a senior all-purpose running back committed to Clemson, rushed for a career-high 325 yards on 27 carries, including touchdown runs of 28, 42, 44 and 55 yards as North Cobb beat Milton 42-27 Friday night in Week 6 of the 2023 high school football season in Georgia.

The win pushed the unranked Warriors of Region 5 to 3-2, and dropped the No. 8 Eagles of Region 6 to 3-2. North Cobb, which opened the season 0-2, was a 20-point underdog on the road.

The AJC sports team is updating scores from the Georgia high school football games all season. Scores will be updated as the games are played. Game stories and photo galleries will be posted after the games are over.
