Hawks 89, Pacers 86

Nov. 17, Philips Arena

In the third game of the season, the Hawks used an 18-0 run late in the game for a comeback victory. During the run, Kyle Korver scored eight points, and Jeff Teague scored seven. The Hawks trailed by 14 points in the fourth quarter. Al Horford led the Hawks with 16 points, followed by Teague (15), Korver (13) and Josh Smith (11). The Pacers got 20 points each from David West and George Hill.

Hawks 109, Pacers 100

Dec. 29, Philips Arena

Lou Williams had his first career double-double with 21 points and a career-high 11 assists in a game the Hawks played without Josh Smith. The Hawks led by as many as 18 points. Al Horford added 20 points as all five Hawks starters scored at least 15 points. Zaza Pachulia had a double-double with 17 points and a game-high 14 rebounds. David West had 29 points for the Pacers.

Pacers 114, Hawks 103

Feb. 5, Bankers Life Fieldhouse

Paul George scored a game-high 29 points for the Pacers, who went to the free-throw line 40 times. In the third quarter, D.J. Augustin drove to the basket and clearly created contact with an elbow that hit Al Horford in the groin. Horford’s arms hit Augustin in the head as each fell to the floor. Officials called a technical foul on Augustin and a flagrant foul on Horford. Jeff Teague led the Hawks with 24 points.

Pacers 100, Hawks 94

March 25, Bankers Life Fieldhouse

The Pacers won despite missing four starters — Danny Granger, David West, George Hill and Lance Stephenson. The Pacers that led by as many as 28 points late in the third quarter. However, they had to hold on for dear life as a group of Hawks reserves nearly erased the entire deficit. Gerald Green scored 19 points to lead six double-figure scorers for the Pacers. The Hawks’ bench combined to score 48 points.
