A tiebreaker determined the Atlanta Hawks would take the 19th overall pick in the NBA Draft on Tuesday— pick that's been lucky for the Hawks in the past.

In 2009, the Hawks had the draft’s 19th pick and selected a point guard out of Wake Forest named Jeff Teague.

Teague spent seven seasons with Atlanta before moving to the Indiana Pacers this season.

On Tuesday, the Hawks beat the Memphis Grizzlies in a tiebreaker for the No. 19 pick. Both teams finished the regular season with a 43-29 record.
