Georgia Tech’s 2024 recruiting class expanded to four players just hours after it had grown to three. Linebacker Jordan Boyd, a three-star prospect from Silver Bluff High in Aiken, S.C., announced his decision to commit Sunday night. Boyd followed the decision of offensive lineman Santana Alo-Tupuola to commit to Tech earlier Sunday.

Boyd, listed at 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds, announced his offer from Tech on Jan. 3. He has also received offers from Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Missouri, Georgia State, Georgia Southern and others. Boyd became the first linebacker to commit to coach Brent Key’s 2024 signing class.

Sunday, Boyd was ranked the No. 56 linebacker in the class and the No. 10 player in the state of South Carolina (247Sports Composite).
