Georgia Tech and coach Damon Stoudamire received a verbal commitment Wednesday from Nait George, the program’s first commitment toward the 2024 signing class.

George, who was on an official recruiting visit at Tech over the weekend, is a 6-foot-3 guard currently enrolled at Dream City Christian International School in Glendale, Ariz. He’s an unranked prospect who reportedly holds scholarship offers from Tech and Sam Houston State and recently took a recruiting visit to Seattle University.

George posted to his personal Twitter page that he averaged 15 points, eight assists and five rebounds per game last season.

Dream City Christian fields a national team which competes against junior colleges and on The Grind Session prep circuit.
