Georgia Tech fans are buying season tickets -- and a lot of them -- to get into the Labor Day season-opener against Tennessee.
In a press release, Georgia Tech requested and received more seats to the season opener in Mercedes-Benz Stadium to meet buying demand. Georgia Tech initially received 30,000 seats for the opener and picked up 5,000 more.
