1. A.J. Green, Georgia, 6-feet-4, 212 pounds: A three-year starter, Green ranks third in school history in receptions (166), receiving yards (2,619) and second in touchdown catches (23). His numbers would be larger if not for injuries that sidelined him for three-plus games in 2009 and an NCAA suspension that cost him the first four games of the 2010 season. Green was suspended for selling his Independence Bowl jersey for $1,000 to a person whom the NCAA considered a sports agent.

2. Julio Jones, Alabama, 6-3, 221: Despite having a broken bone in his foot, he turned in a phenomenal workout at the scouting combine. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.39 seconds, had a broad jump of 11 feet, 3 inches and a vertical jump of 38 1/2 inches.

3. Torrey Smith, Maryland, 6-1, 205: He visited the Falcons earlier this month and is on the team's radar screen for the 27th pick. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.41 seconds and has a 41-inch vertical jump.

4. Jerrel Jernigan, Troy, 5-9, 185: The Falcons are intrigued by this tough and fast diminutive player. He could be moved around on the field to create matchup problems.

5. Randall Cobb, Kentucky, 5-10, 190: He was a consensus first-team all-SEC pick last season. He set a new school mark for all-purpose yards with 2,192 yards.

6. Jonathan Baldwin, Pittsburgh, 6-4, 229: He perhaps has the best size and speed combination of the group, but is not considered a refined route runner. He also has a 2009 arrest on his record that has some teams questioning whether to put him on their draft boards, even though he was later acquitted.

7. Titus Young, Boise State, 5-11, 173: He caught 71 passes for 1,215 yards (17.1 yards per catch) and scored nine touchdowns. He was named to the all-Western Athletic Conference team. Some compare him to Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson.

8. Leonard Hankerson, Miami, 6-1, 210: He was considered a potential first-round pick before the predraft process started. He didn't help himself when he dropped several passes during the school's Pro Day.

9. Greg Little, North Carolina, 6-2, 229: He was one of the Tar Heels players who were suspended last season for accepting improper benefits from an agent. He played in 10 games with the basketball team as a freshman. He also played some running back in college.

10. Dwayne Harris, East Carolina, 5-10, 203: He was a quarterback at Tucker High. He set a school record for the Pirates with 101 catches last season, amassing 1,123 receiving yards and scoring 10 touchdowns.

On the fringe: Greg Talas, Hawaii; Tandon Doss, Indiana; Niles Paul, Nebraska; Kris Durham, Georgia; Vincent Brown, San Diego State; Ricardo Lockette, Fort Valley State; Darvin Adams, Auburn; Dane Zanzenbacher, Ohio State and Cecil Shorts, Mount Union.
