Four key Falcons players will miss the game at the 49ers on Sunday and another is questionable to play.

Out for the game are starting safety William Moore (groin), starting linebacker Justin Durant (calf), No. 3 cornerback Robert Alford (groin) and No. 3 wide receiver Leonard Hankerson (hamstring).

In addition, Falcons coach Dan Quinn said defensive end Vic Beasley didn’t practice Friday after he suffered a foot strain during Thursday’s practice. he is listed as questionable to play against the 49ers. Beasley, the Falcons’ first-round draft pick in the last draft, has started all eight games.

Quinn said defensive lineman Jonathan Babineaux was excused from practice Friday for personal reasons but is expected to play against the 49ers. He’s listed as probable to play on the injury report.

Hankerson will miss his third consecutive game because of injury. Moore did not play last Sunday against the Buccaneers. Alford and Durant were forced to leave the Buccaneers game because of injuries.

The Falcons did get some good injury news. Starting cornerback Desmond Trufant (back) and starting center Mike Person (ankle) both are listed as probable to play against the 49ers.

Trufant left the Buccaneers game because of injury and didn’t return. The Falcons said he practiced in full today after he participated on a limited basis Wednesday and Thursday.

Person also left the Bucs game because of injury. Quinn said he’s optimistic that Person will be in the starting lineup against the 49ers.

“He came back and went right back to it on Thursday like he hadn’t missed a day,” Quinn said. “He’s tough as you get.”

The Falcons said wide receiver Nick Williams (hamstring) also participated fully in practice today after he was limited on Thursday. He’s listed as probable to play.

Reserve center James Stone (calf) and defensive end Tyson Jackson (ribs) also are listed as probable.
