Falcons center Mike Person (ankle) returned to practice on Wednesday after sitting out the previous day. The Falcons said Person participated on a limited basis.

Person has started seven of eight games this season. His backup, James Stone, participated fully in practice on Thursday after he was limited on Wednesday.

Four other Falcons players didn’t practice Thursday after also sitting out Wednesday: wide receiver Leonard Hankerson (hamstring), linebacker Justin Durant (calf), safety William Moore (groin) and cornerback Robert Alford (groin).

Person, Durant and Alford all left Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers because of their injuries. Person and Durant are starters while Alford is the No. 3 cornerback.

Moore, a starer, did not play against the Bucs. No. 3 receiver Hankerson missed the past two games.

Falcons cornerback Desmond Trufant (back) and wide receiver Nick Williams (hamstring) were limited in practice on Thursday.
