Elana Meyers Taylor nominated for Team USA’s Female Olympic Athlete of the Games

Douglasville native Elana Meyers Taylor was named an Olympic finalist for Team USA’s Female Olympic Athlete of the Games as part of Team USA Awards Best of the Games.

Meyers Taylor, along with bobsled parthern Lauren Gibbs, won silver in the bobsled on Feb. 21.

Meyers Taylor is nominated alongside snowboarder Jamie Anderson, long track speedskater Brittany Bowe, snowboarder Chloe Kim and alpine skier Mikaela Shiffrin.

Fans can vote online at TeamUSA.org/Awards through March 11.
