DeMarre Carroll of Hawks becomes a dad
DeMarre Carroll became a father Wednesday at the birth of his daughter.
Carroll did not travel with the Hawks to London and will miss Thursday’s game against the Nets.
Carroll and his fiancee welcomed baby girl Lailah Amari Carroll on Wednesday.
“Great feeling!” Carroll said in a text message to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He also posted on Twitter: “God has been good to me!!! One of my happiest days!!!#blessed #staypositive”
