Tech-Southern in 2016

Nov 25, 2014Georgia Southern will get its rematch with Georgia Tech. After the Yellow Jackets defeated the Eagles in September in the first-ever meeting between the schools, a second game has been scheduled for 2016 at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
The game is scheduled for Nov. 19, 2016, the week before the Georgia game. The 42-38 victory for Tech in September drew 53,173, the largest home attendance of the season. The game completes the Jackets’ 2016 non-conference schedule – Mercer, Vanderbilt, Georgia Southern and Georgia.
