Georgia Tech right guard Shaquille Mason was named the ACC’s co-offensive lineman of the week for his play in the Yellow Jackets’ 28-17 win over Miami Saturday. It’s the third time that Mason, an All-ACC pick a year ago, has earned the distinction in his career. Mason helped the Jackets gain 318 yards on the ground with only two carries for loss out of 63 carries, aside from kneel-downs.

Tech coaches named B-back Zach Laskey (offense), safety Isaiah Johnson (defense) and punter Ryan Rodwell (special teams) players of the game.

Laskey ran a career-high 29 times for 133 yards, tying his career high. Johnson played his best game of the season with a season-best five tackles and a critical second-quarter interception. Rodwell dropped all three of his punts inside the 20-yard line and converted a first down with a 10-yard run on a fake punt.
