Scoring system set for Kennesaw State’s spring game

Kennesaw State's spring scrimmage will use the following scoring system:
Offense
Touchdown: 5 points
Field goal: 3 points
Explosive play (a run of 15 yards or more or a pass for 20 yards or more): 1 point
Third down conversion: 1 point
Fourth down conversion: 1 point
Defense
Turnover: 5 points
Touchdown: 2 points
Three and out: 3 points
Red zone field goal allowed: 2 points
Third or fourth down stop: 1 point
The game will start at noon at Fifth Third Bank Stadium and admission is free. Parking in the black and gold lots is also free.
