Former Georgia State tackle Ulrick John signed a four-year deal with Colts, the Indianapolis Star reported Thursday.

John, a seventh-round pick, is in line to receive $2.2 million with a $49,000 signing bonus.

John, 6-5, 288 pounds, started 11 games at left tackle for the Panthers last year.

He started several positions in four years at Georgia State.

The Colts will work with John on adding strength and weight. He’s got good speed for a lineman and a frame that will allow him to add weight.
