Guard from South Carolina, Clyde Trapp Jr. receives offer from Tech
Lower Richland High School guard Clyde Trapp, Jr. has received an offer to play basketball in 2017 from Georgia Tech, according to his Twitter page.
Trapp, an unranked senior from Hopkins, S.C., had no offers in early spring, according to his Twitter page, but now has offers from Tech, Buffalo, Georgia, Charlotte, Tennessee State, Rice, Appalachian State and South Florida.
In his highlight reel, Trapp exhibits above average ball-handling skills and at 6-foot-4, he proves his ability as a shooter by making shots along the arc as well as inside the paint.
In Trapp's junior season highlight reel, Trapp chooses to include many clips where his height is an advantage on the high school level. Offensively, Trapp frequently uses his to dunk off pass from teammates and on his own, and defensively, his height allows him to easily block shots.
On Trapp's Twitter page, he posted a link to his highlight reel with a caption stating that he has a "4.6 GPA."
