Among Georgia Tech’s graduates this spring are 54 Yellow Jackets athletes, a group that includes 16 current and former football players. While in-person commencement exercises have been postponed, the school will hold an online celebration Saturday at noon on the institute website.

The notables include reigning U.S. Amateur golf champion Andy Ogletree (business administration), three-time All-ACC golfer Luke Schniederjans, All-ACC women’s basketball player Francesca Pan (business administration), NFL sixth-round draft pick Tyler Davis (master’s in economics), swimmer Rodrigo Correia (business administration), holder of three individual and three relay school records, swimmer Emily Ilgenfritz (business administration), holder of two individual school records, and two-time All-ACC women’s tennis player Kenya Jones (business administration).

Davis and former offensive lineman Jared Southers both earned master’s degrees (Southers’ was also in economics) in 1½ years after enrolling as grad transfers in January 2019.
