ESPN cameras were on campus Wednesday putting together ESPNU’s “All-Access” show next Tuesday at 6 p.m. The network was allowed into team meetings and practice. Defensive tackle Adam Gotsis gave a tour of the team’s various facilities including the stadium, players lounge and locker room. Other players were also interviewed, including A-back Synjyn Days, who took a ride in the Ramblin’ Wreck for the feature.
Days got a ride around campus and was dropped off at the door of the building for one of his classes. Days, who rode shotgun while the camera operators rode in the rumble seat, found the space a little cramped, but nonetheless appreciated the lift.
“Where my class is, the bus route doesn’t go there, so I always have to walk,” he said. “(It) felt like a little VIP status.”
The visit had been planned for the last few weeks before the team’s 4-0 start.
