Georgia State postpones Thursday’s men’s basketball game

Because of the icy conditions, Georgia State’s men’s basketball game against South Alabama has been postponed until 7 p.m. Monday at the Sports Arena. The game was to be played Thursday.

The women’s game against South Alabama will still be played at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the Sports Arena.

Saturday’s games against Texas-Arlington will be played as scheduled at the Sports Arena. The men (14-6, 7-0) will attempt to set a new school record with their 12th consecutive win at 8:30 p.m. the women (9-10, 5-2) will start the doubleheader at 6 p.m.

Thursday’s games are being split because South Alabama’s women’s team is already in Atlanta. The Jags men’s team has yet to leave Mobile.
