Mike Scott’s $3.3 million salary for the 2016-17 becomes guaranteed Sunday, and all indications are there are no upcoming roster moves by the Hawks to prevent it.

Scott will enter the final year of his contract next season. The 6-foot-8 forward was a second-round pick in 2012 (No. 43) and signed his rookie deal following his selection by the Hawks. He re-signed with the team in 2014.

Scott appeared in 75 regular-season games last season and averaged 6.2 points and 2.7 rebounds in 15.3 minutes. He also appeared in all 10 postseason games and averaged 6.5 points and 3.2 rebounds in 16.1 minutes.
