Kyle Korver will miss Tuesday’s game at the Cavaliers after his wife gave birth to the couple’s third child on Sunday.

Son Koen Korver was born at 3:17 p.m. and weighed in at eight pounds, seven ounces.

Korver took part in Monday’s practice but will not accompany the team to Cleveland. He will be available when the Hawks host the Bulls on Wednesday.

“He is here,” Korver said.

The Korvers also have a daughter Kyra and a son Knox.

Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer would not say who would start in place of Korver.

“In some ways, I’m excited to see the group without Kyle,” Budenholzer said. “Maybe (rookie) Taurean (Prince) gets his chance to play. At the end of the day, our depth and having a lot of guys who are comfortable and confident playing and learning how to play without different guys, including against the best team, is important. Kyle is obviously hugely important to us but there will be more opportunity for Tim (Hardaway Jr.), Thabo (Sefolosha), (Kent Bazemore), maybe Prince. I think it’s good.”
