If the Hawks advance to the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs to face the Cavaliers, the series will start Monday, May 2 in Cleveland, the NBA announced.
The top-seeded Cavaliers completed their first-round sweep of the Pistons on Sunday and await the winner of the Hawks-Celtics series. The Hawks and Celtics are tied 2-2 in the best-of-seven series. Game 5 is tomorrow in Atlanta at 8:30 p.m. Game 6 will be Thursday in Boston at 8 p.m.
If a Game 7 is necessary in the Hawks-Celtics series it will be played Saturday in Atlanta. Game time is to be determined. 2
