Seats have been installed and retired jersey numbers have been hung in the outfield at the new Braves stadium SunTrust Park.

The Atlanta Braves have been busy trade partners over the last few seasons.

The Braves will open SunTrust Park in Cobb County April 14, 2017, against the San Diego Padres.

A number of major league clubs have former Braves and players who hail from Georgia on their rosters. Here's a look at the players with Georgia ties you may be able to spot on the field playing for the opposition (teams listed by dates on schedule):

San Diego Padres, April 14-17: Former Braves catcher Christian Bethancourt (above) returns to Atlanta for home opener series. Other former Braves on Padres roster include pitchers Jhoulys Chacin, Ryan Buchter, Trevor Cahill and Tyrell Jenkins.

St. Louis Cardinals, May 5-7: John Gant (above) made his pitching debut with the Braves last season. He is one of at least five Cardinals -- Dexter Fowler, Adam Wainwright, Jonathan Broxton and Stephen Drew -- with roots in Georgia.

Tornoto Blue Jays, May 17-18: Reliever Jason Grilli recovered from a torn achilles in 2015 and pitched for the Braves in 2016 before being traded to Toronto. Also on the roster is former Braves outfielder Melvin Upton Jr. (above), who spent two seasons in Atlanta.

Miami Marlins, June 16-18; Aug. 4-6; Sept. 7-10: Martin Prado made his major-league debut with the Braves in 2006. He's spent the last two seasons in Miami. He is joined on the Marlins' roster with former Braves reliever Hunter Cervenka. The team also includes former Georgia Tech pitcher Jake Esch.
