Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte spoke with local media at Chop Fest at Truist Park Jan. 25, discussing playing time, Gold Gloves and other topics with spring training weeks away.

Here are some of the topics Inciarte covered:

Q: Has anyone talked to you about the plan for the outfield?

A: I've had long conversations with Alex (Anthopoulos). He's talked to each and every outfielder and let us know what the plan's going to be. Will keep that conversation between us, but we will all have a chance to show what we can do and in the end Snit (Brian Snitker) will put the best lineup out there to win ballgames.

Q: What did you concentrate on in the offseason?

A: Just continued working on my swing, what was working for me during the last month of the season. And I'm always working on improving my defense.

Q: How are you feeling health wise?

A: My legs feel great. Don't feel any pain in my hamstrings and my back feels great.

Q: How did it feel to have your Gold Glove streak snapped? (Inciarte won Gold Gloves in 2016-18).

A: I'm not the first or the last guy that this has happened to. It's different when you know they didn't take it away from you. I was hurt and didn't play.
