The Braves will commemorate their final season at Turner Field with a tribute patch on their uniform jerseys, the team announced Thursday.
The "Final Season" patch will be worn on the Braves' uniform throughout the 2016 season, before the team moves to their new stadium being built in Cobb County.
The Braves will mark their move to SunTrust Park with an 81-game home game countdown that is expected to feature special guest tearing away a number from 81 to zero from a banner in the stadium.
The team opens its 2016 season April 4 at Turner Field against the Washington Nationals.
