Most Braves fans seem to be pretty happy with the offseason trade that brought outfielder Ender Inciarte and infield prospect Dansby Swanson to the Braves in exchange for pitcher Shelby Miller.

But don't forget the Braves got a young pitcher in the deal too.

That prospect, right-hander Aaron Blair, pitched seven no-hit innings for the Gwinnett Braves Tuesday night in an International League game against Durham.

Blair was removed from the game after the seventh inning due to a pitch limit, commonly used in minor league baseball to protect the health of pitchers' arms.

He struck out 10 and walked one and improved to 3-0.

Blair threw 87 pitches; 59 of them were strikes. He struck out six straight batters, all swinging, from the second through fourth innings.

Durham managed two hits in the seventh after Blair left but the G-Braves defeated Durham 7-2.
