Adorable kid stops mid-baseball game to tell dad he loves him

Sometimes telling your dad you love him is more important than anything that's going on at the moment...at least according to one adorable baseball player.

A new video shows the little slugger during a little league game rounding first base as his dad cheers him on. According to Mashable, the dad is the team's first base coach and can be heard encouraging his son to run to second.  But the little cutie has other plans first.

"Hey! I have to tell you something... I love you," says the little boy as he stops dead in his tracks at the base before running off.

"I love you too," his dad laughs.
