My ratings for Atlanta United's players from Saturday's 2-2 draw against Toronto at Mercedes-Benz Stadium:

Goalkeeper Brad Guzan, 6: Toronto had 2 shots on goal. Both went in. Guzan couldn't do anything about either.

Centerback Jeff Larentowicz, 7: Moved from defensive midfielder to centerback, a position that he hasn't started since the 4-0 loss at Houston. This game went much better. He worked well with the other two centerbacks. He also wasn't at fault on either goal.

Centerback Michael Parkhurst, 7.5: Great recovery to stop Sebastian Giovinco in a one-one-one near 17th minute. ... Also picked up an assist on Martinez's second goal. ... One of three defenders who formed a triangle around Giovinco on his first goal, but left him too much space. ... Competed 94 percent of his passes. ... Part of a group that totally neutralized Jozy Altidore.

Centerback Leandro Gonzalez Pirez, 5: Involved in the game's three biggest moments .... His pass to Miguel Almiron should have resulted in a goal in the 24th minute. ... Two consecutive bad plays led to Toronto's first goal. ... Was beaten to the back post by Toisaint Ricketts for the second goal . ... Was hit by Chris Mavinga after the game.

Right wingback Julian Gressel, 7: Back to playing wingback, Gressel pinged in several good crosses with four chances created. ... Partially at fault for the second goal when neither he nor Brandon Vazquez stepped out on Giovinco in time to cut down the pass to Osorio on the tying goal.

Left wingback Chris McCann, 7: Moved from fullback to left wingback, he created two chances and had five tackles.

Midfielder Eric Remedi, 8: Fantastic diagonal pass to Hector Villalba near the 30th minute to get his team out of pressure. ... Chase down Jozy Altidore in the 43rd minute. ... Had Martinez not scored twice, Remedi would have been my man of the match. ... Finished with three tackles and cut down most of the service to Altidore and Giovinco.

Midfielder Kevin Kratz, 7.5: As is typical, Kratz was quietly solid in the middle of the field for Atlanta United in his second start this season. ... Worked very, very well with Remedi, who said that Kratz is technically gifted.

Midfielder Miguel Almiron, 6.5: Missed a golden chance in the 24th minute when he ran past Bradley and behind the defense, only to send his shot wide. ... Missed another one-on-one opportunity late in the game that would have won it. ... His struggles to score go back to the preseason. Still, he has eight goals. ... Made Micheal Bradley look like a $6 million turnstile for most of the match.

Striker Hector Villalba, 8: Picked up his seventh assist on Martinez's second goal as he continues to play better than at any point in his Atlanta United career. ... Did miss a late one-on-one chance to put away the game. ...

Striker Josef Martinez, 9: Also missed a one-on-one in the 38th minute when Bono denied him from 12 yards. ... His penalty kick tied the game. ...  It was the seventh consecutive game in which Martinez has scored. It's tied for the second longest streak in MLS history. It was also Martinez's sixth penalty kick goal this season. ... Scored his second goal with a header, his ninth this season. ...
