Bogdan Bogdanovic has officially signed with the Hawks, the team announced, hours after the Kings decided not to match the Hawks’ offer to the former restricted free agent.

Bogdanovic, a talented wing, brings more shooting to the team. He averaged 15.1 points, 3.4 assists and 3.4 rebounds in 29 minutes per game last season, shooting 37.2% from 3, appearing in 61 games (28 starts).

“Bogdan has a great feel for the game, and we expect him to be a great fit for us with his high-level offensive skill set, experience and toughness,” general manager Travis Schlenk said. “It’s no secret that one of our biggest areas of focus in free agency was adding shooting and quality depth. With Bogdan as part of our incoming group, we feel those are now areas of strength.”
