Athlon Sports and Life ranked the Atlantic Coast Conference's top running back duos. Athlon placed Georgia Tech's Dedrick Mills and and Clinton Lynch in second -- only behind FSU's Jacques Patrick and Cam Akers.
Mills was named to the All-ACC Preseason Football Team Wednesday after rushing for 771 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2016.
Lynch rushed for 415 yards and two touchdowns last season and had 16 receptions for 490 yards and six touchdowns.
Georgia Tech opens its season against Tennessee Sept. 4 in Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
