California guard commits to Georgia Tech
Georgia Tech picked up its second commitment of the day Tuesday, its third pledge toward the 2026 class.
Kaiden Bailey, a 6-foot-2, 180-pound guard, plans to play for the Yellow Jackets starting with the 2026-27 season, according to 247Sports and On3. Bailey is considered a four-star prospect, according to the 247Sports Composite.
A senior at Santa Margarita Catholic in Irvine, California, Bailey reportedly has more than a dozen scholarship offers. He is considered a top 150 player in the 2026 class and a top 14 recruit in the state of California.
Bailey was named a co-MVP of the Trinity League in California after his junior season, averaging 19 points, 3.9 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game.
Bailey joins Jalan Wingfield (who also committed to Tech on Tuesday) and Moustapha Diop (Overtime Elite) as part of Tech’s 2026 recruited class, which is now ranked second in the ACC and second nationally.
