Atlanta mayoral candidates meet Sunday in televised debate

Five top candidates for mayor of Atlanta are scheduled to meet Sunday in a debate televised on WSB-TV.
The debate, held in partnership with the Atlanta Police Foundation, begins at 7 p.m. The candidates invited to participate are Antonio Brown, Andre Dickens, Sharon Gay, Felicia Moore and Kasim Reed.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution will cover news from the debate on ajc.com and in print and ePaper editions. A post-debate program is planned on WSB Radio (FM 95.5 and 750 AM).
The Sunday debate follows two major forums in the past week and comes just days before early voting begins on Tuesday in the Atlanta city elections. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 2.
The AJC hosted a Community Conversation with the five leading candidates on Oct. 4. The five met Oct. 7 in a debate hosted by Leadership Atlanta.
