A crash involving a tractor-trailer and a train is causing traffic to build at a Union City intersection, police said Tuesday afternoon.

The collision happened about 3 p.m. in the area of Old Jonesboro Road and Watson Street, according to Union City police. Few details were released about the incident, but police said no one was injured in the crash.

Crews are on the scene working to determine what led to the crash. Drivers are asked to avoid the area due to the heavy traffic caused by the investigation.
