The publication recently released its "21 Under 21" list, a round-up of musicians, under age 21, currently dominating the music industry.

To determine the ranking, its experts examined several key metrics, including album sales, track sales, streaming volume, career trajectory and reputation among peers.

The singers and rappers were from all over the globe, including Billie Eilish (No. 1) of Los Angeles, Christian Nodal (No. 9) of Mexico and NCT Dream (No. 13) of South Korea.

A trio of Atlantans made the cut, too.

At No. 2 was Lil Nas X, who “has enjoyed a speedy ascent from SoundCloud artist and meme-maker to global superstar,” the publication wrote.

Within in the past year, the "Old Town Road" singer has broken the all-time record for longest stay atop the Billboard Hot 100, won two MTV Video Music Awards, and released his debut EP, "7."

Not too far behind him was Chloe x Halle. The sister duo, who dropped their Grammy-nominated album “The Kids Are Alright in 2018, were No. 5.

Not only have Chloe and Halle Bailey found success in music, they've also received praise for their acting. The two are regulars on Freeform's "Grown-ish," and Halle Bailey will play Ariel in the upcoming live-action remake of "The Little Mermaid."
