The suit indicates Cramblett is concerned her "all white and unconsciously insensitive family," as well as a "racially intolerant" nearly all-white town, will make raising the baby impossible.suit

The Chicago Tribune reports Cramblett "acknowledges her limited cultural competency relative to African-Americans and steep learning curve, particularly in small, homogenous Uniontown."

Despite saying they love their "beautiful, obviously mixed-race baby girl," the couple’s suit claims "wrongful birth and breach of warranty."

Cramblett says the only advice she’s gotten from therapists so far was to move to a more diverse community.

The lawsuit asks for monetary damages.
