The colorful structure was built at a Legos store and is topped with a Rubik’s cube.

CNN reports the Guinness Book of World Records calls the building " the tallest structure built with interlocking plastic bricks."

The Guardian says school-aged kids pitched in to help build the tower. Budapest's mayor said he hopes the attention provided to the record will educate people about his nation and promote tourism.

The old record holder, located in Delaware, was 113 feet tall.
