A trailer to a truck in Wisconsin containing over $70,000 that was stolen Friday has been recovered.
It may sound like a joke, but Germantown, Wisconsin, police reported that the 54-foot long trailer was stolen in a Facebook post Friday.
"The trailer contained $70,000 worth of cheese product. The semi-tractor that was used to steal the trailer was recovered," the post said.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Monday that the trailer and cheese have both since been recovered.
"GPD detectives located the cheese products in the city of Milwaukee," Germantown police said in an update. "No arrests have been made, and no other information can be released at this time due to it being an active investigation."
