A Port St. Lucie woman was arrested after police said she fabricated a robbery and stole her boyfriend's false teeth and prescription drugs "because he had upset her," WPBF reports.
Felicity Palma, 44, called police Thursday night to report a burglary. She told police jewelry and money were missing and that she had seen two males flee the scene, according to WPBF.
Palma’s boyfriend then told police that “two of his prescription drugs and a pink case containing false teeth were also missing,” WPBF reports.
While police were still on the scene, the boyfriend produced a bag that he said was inside Palma’s car. He “dumped the contents onto the table” and “out spilled the pink case containing his false teeth,” the police report states.
Palma claimed “he was trying to frame her” but when police found the boyfriend’s prescriptions in Palma’s purse, she admitted she lied about the robbery, according to WPBF.
She was arrested and taken to St. Lucie County Jail.
