A man accused of stealing a BMW attempted to flee from police on skateboard before being stopped by a reality TV star, according to Los Angeles' KABC and BBC News.
The man reportedly crashed after leading police on a high-speed car chase Monday in the Van Nuys neighborhood. Police said he then jumped out of the car and fled on foot before hopping on a skateboard.
The chase ended when the suspect was blocked by a red pickup truck driven by Lou Pizarro, star of "Operation Repo," police said.
