A British court ruled Thursday that a woman will not be allowed to name her infant daughter Cyanide.

The woman, whose identity has not been revealed publicly, has twins that were conceived as a result of rape, according to Wales Online. She wanted to name her son Preacher and her daughter Cyanide. The woman said she chose her daughter's name because it sounded pretty and because it was the poison "responsible for killing Hitler."

Court documents show that the woman suffers from mental illness and substance abuse. The twins and her three other children are in foster care.

The unusual ruling came after social workers learned about the mother’s choice of baby name. The case worked its way through the court system. A judge last June ordered an injunction in the case, which prevented the mother from formally registering the twins’ names.

The judge determined in the latest court ruling that the case is one of those “rare cases where the court should intervene to protect the girl twin from emotional harm.”

The court ruled that the twins should be named by their half-siblings.
