In a series of Instagram posts Wednesday, Vanessa Bryant revealed various details about the case forged against police officers who allegedly photographed the horrific helicopter crash scene where her husband Kobe Bryant and their daughter Gigi died.

The social media revelation has been a hot topic online, leaving many in awe that Bryant revealed the names of each of the officers accused in the case. Earlier this month, a federal judge in California ruled that Bryant could obtain the names of the four Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies who allegedly shared the graphic photos from the site of the helicopter crash, which also killed seven other people.

Over the course of 12 Instagram posts, the mom and widow shared details of the accusations and what the helicopter photos revealed to her 14.4 million followers.

An earlier effort by Los Angeles County lawyers to keep the deputies’ names under seal was rejected earlier this month by U.S. District Judge John F. Walter, the Los Angeles Times reported.

When a Times investigation found that the deputies allegedly shared photos of the victims’ remains, Vanessa Bryant sued, seeking damages for negligence and invasion of privacy.

County lawyers argued that the deputies’ names should remain under seal because releasing them would make it easy for hackers to locate their personal information and addresses.

Many on social media took Bryant’s extensive sharing of the legal documents has a retort to the law enforcement officers allegedly invading her family’s privacy. Some agreed with the move, while others commented on her Instagram posts that she was putting the deputies in danger.
