Several residents saw the bear walking around on two feet through a Jefferson Township neighborhood.

John Leyden, who posted a video on Facebook, said, "It looks like its front right paw is either broken or deformed."

Reports started coming out of New Jersey in mid-July when grainy video was posted to YouTube.

But the recent video clears up any doubts about the validity of the reports.
