Clayton County police are looking for two men in connection with a fatal shooting at a Riverdale residence.

Police say Todd Nicholas Welch shot two men, one fatally, in the 6100 block of Radford Drive, about 9 p.m. Aug. 21, according to a news bulletin from Clayton police. Welch is accused of killing Christopher Brown, wounding Darrell Agee, and fleeing the scene in a black Infiniti SUV with another man.

Police are looking to identify that man, who is described as tall, slender, with several tattoos, multiple facial freckles and long hair.

Arrest warrants have been taken out in Welch’s name. When apprehended, he will face charges of murder, aggravated assault and aggravated battery, police said. Welch should be considered extremely dangerous, according to the bulletin.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Welch, or the identity of the second man, should call 911.
