MARTA bus service restored following delays
MARTA officials say bus riders had up to a 15-minute delay in service.
MARTA bus service was restored Monday afternoon after riders earlier had a 15-minute delay on several downtown routes.
A group of #ATLisREADY supporters gathered briefly, pushing MARTA service back during the rush-hour commute, spokeswoman Alisa T. Jackson said. The protest group was trying to bring awareness to homelessness and inequity.
Jackson said train service was not affected by the protest.
