1. Survivor of crash that killed 4 Langston Hughes High students identified. Sophomore Lexus Todd was in the back of the Lincoln Navigator involved in Monday's deadly collision with a tractor-trailer in south Fulton County. The accident happened about 1 p.m. at Ga. 92 and Butner Road, police said. Five teens, four boys and Todd, were inside the SUV. [Read more]

2. Tex McIver shooting: Gun linked to Atlanta businessman. McIver's legal team suggested Billy Corey, the longtime boss and mentor of McIver's late wife Diane, may be the owner of the Glock pistol that turned up mysteriously in Tex McIver's Buckhead condo earlier this month. [Read more]

3. Lassiter High brothers remembered as hard-working, fun-loving. Capt. Jim Minta, head naval sciences officer at the school's ROTC program, spoke through red eyes about brothers 18-year-old James and 14-year-old Joseph Pratt. The senior and freshman Navy ROTC students died in a U.S. 92 crash with a Fulton County special-needs school bus about 24 hours earlier while on their way to the dentist's office. [Read more]

4. Price tag for new I-85 bridge: Up to $16.6 million. Rebuilding a collapsed section of I-85 in Atlanta will cost taxpayers up to $16.6 million, state officials said Tuesday. And though the Georgia Department of Transportation officials have not announced a new timetable for completing the project, they say construction is going so it's likely be done before the official June 15 completion date.
