Woman killed crossing road at Shaky Boots. Chelsea A. Tucker, 25, and three others were trying to cross Busbee Parkway after the Shaky Boots festival when Tucker stepped in front of a Toyota 4Runner, according to Cobb police. Tucker died at the scene, police said. A police spokeswoman did not specify that Tucker was believed to be intoxicated, but said no charges were expected to be filed in the crash. Read more here.
