Why didn't you Republicans print the Fourth Amendment during George W. Bush's tenure? He created the "Homeland Security and gave it unlimited power, approved by Republican Congressmen.? Why?

Fact: Congress members and staffers are required to buy health insurance through the exchanges on Jan. 1 … they are NOT exempt from Obamacare. Fact: All members of the U.S. Congress pay Social Security taxes and have done so since 1984.
