A: A trial date of Aug. 19 has been set for the five defendants charged in connection with the murder of 13-month-old Antonio Santiago on March 21. His mother, Sherry West, was shot in the leg during the attempted robbery. De'Marquise Elkins, who has turned 18 since the attack, and Dominique Lang, 15, have been charged with murder, cruelty to children, attempted armed robbery and aggravated assault. Elkins' sister Sabrina, his mother Karimah and his aunt Katrina have been charged with attempting to cover up his alleged role. They have asked for separate trials. Glynn County Superior Court Judge Stephen Kelley has moved De'Marquise Elkins' trial to Marietta.
Q: With Detroit now in bankruptcy, which American cities now face a similar crisis?

A: Chicago, Philadelphia and Oakland, Calif., are among the cities having financial problems, according to media reports. Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Portland and Santa Fe, N.M., are among 15 cities "being reviewed by Moody's Investors Service for a "possible credit downgrade," according to FoxNews.com. More than 60 municipalities have filed bankruptcy under Chapter 9 since the 1950s, according to The New York Times. Detroit became the largest American city to file for bankruptcy when it did so on July 18.
