Police seek Dodge Charger in fatal pedestrian hit and run

Fulton County police are looking for a 2006-2009 red Dodge Charger that may have been involved in a hit and run that killed a 66-year-old man Sunday.

Charles Foy was struck and killed in the area of Old Bill Cook Road and Blue Bonnet Trail in College Park at 1:30 a.m.

The damage to the vehicle includes the broken off passenger side headlight assembly. The passenger side mirror is damaged and is missing the mirror. The vehicle also may have damage to the hood, fender, passenger side doors and windshield, police said.
